What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Santé uses a few to keep you signed in, remember your choices and credit the right creator for a booking. Analytics cookies are only used if you allow them.

We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites. PostHog data is held in the EU. Session recordings hide all text and images on the page, including anything you type.
Your analytics answer
The first time you visit, we ask whether you allow analytics. Choose Allow or Essential only. If you choose Essential only, our analytics tools never start, so nothing is set and nothing is sent. To change your answer while signed out, use the Cookie settings link at the foot of the page. If you are signed in, email a@sante.travel and we will change it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though signing in needs the essential ones.
Other services on our pages
Maps load from Mapbox, which receives your IP address. Videos play through Mux, which measures playback quality without setting cookies. Videos from YouTube and Vimeo load only when you press play, and those services' own cookies and privacy notices then apply. Payments are taken by Stripe, which sets its own cookies to prevent fraud.
Changes to this policy
We will change the date at the top when we update this policy. For a significant change, we will email registered users and show a notice in the app.
